15 R3, strange startup message

Hello 

Everytime i startup my alienware 15 r3 laptop(when restarting or shutting down) i recieve this message.

At first i thought it was a virus however i have an antivirus which is paid for and i had my hardrive cleared last week as my laptop had to get fixed, i had only installed my games on this laptop (all from steam) and no other programs other than chrome,mcafee(my antivrus) and steam so i doubt it could be a virus. Any help would be greatly appreciated
