Alienware 15 r4. Problem of alienfx

I brought this laptop recently and found out that every time I turn on the computer and start the command centre. It pop out a window and saying that it cannot find any alienfx supporting device. My biggest concern is that will it affect the auto fan system.

Please help solve this.

This problem has been there for at least half of a year, and I haven't seen dell tried to fix it. Everything was fine when my 15 r4 comes to me, until the "Alienware update" updates my command center. I have tried everything they have mentioned, but of course, my keyboard is still dark. Many people are on the same boat, and they are not posting anymore because they just gave up. Some of them have lights that cannot be controlled, some of them just have no lights (like I do). So just give up, or you can try downloading a earlier version and disable auto update to see if it works.

I have the same problem and it is not being solved.

I don't know if dell gives a or not but I'm tired of it.

I had this problem with my area 51m. I just upgrade the command center. You can try to re-install the command center too.
