Aurora R1, GPU upgrade, R9 290X to VEGA 56?
Do you think that my old school Alienware R1 is possible to work with a VEGA 56 ?

Assuming your PSU has 2x8 Pin connectors, it should be fine.
Your CPU may be a slight bottleneck however.
