Area-51m, GeForce RTX 2080, not detected, #2

I also have this problem. Had computer for 1 week and magically the RTX 2080 disappeared from device list. Bios sees it but windows doesn't. There aren't any exclamation marks in the device list. Tried the diagnostics in the system but no errors. Driver won't work because Nvidia device not detected. 

Any help would be great.
