Exchange on a Eol product?

Yes so I have a dispatch number will they replace the Alienware 15 r2 if it's EOL ?

Typically dispatches are for individual parts.  If you have a dispatch for a full system exchange, then they will try to replace the system with a refurb of the same model you have.  If they don't have any more inventory of that model, they replace it with an "equal or better" model.  If the system you have doesn't have an exact equivalent (for example if you had an Inspiron 14 and now Dell only offers Inspiron 13 and 15 models), a rep will typically suggest a model and ask you to confirm acceptance.  You can sometimes request and receive a different model in that scenario.  My sister had the Inspiron dilemma above and the Dell rep initially offered an Inspiron 15 since it offered better performance, etc., but my sister decided she'd rather have something more portable, so they found an Inspiron 13 instead.
