Welcome to the Dell Community @Monica1980
You need to try 3 of the 4 different "SATA Operation" settings in the BIOS.
First set the BIOS to "Default" save and exit. "RAID is Default"
Does the system boot???
If not then set the "SATA Operation" setting to "AHCI" save and exit.
If not then set the "SATA Operation" setting to "ATA" save and exit.
If not then the HDD has probable failed.
Have you tried run any tests on the HDD???
Best regards,
U2

Hi thank you so much for your reply, I run tests and it came up with memory integrity test failed [200-0123], so not sure if its saying that I need a new SDD.
Best Regards
Monica
