Order processing, and got an email of 'Order Delayed'
Okay so i received an email yesterday saying the order was delayed. It stated there might be something wrong with payment but i checked my bank account and it was processed through, I did reach customer support and he did say that there is nothing to worry about. But i still want to make sure nothing happens and its been more then 12 hours and my order status is still processing. For context i ordered Alienware m15

Hi thank you for reaching me out! The order is confirmed I did call the verification number and they confirmed my order. I was just wondering if it will really take 16 days that’s what my estimated time shows is it accurate or is the product in high demand? The product I bought was Alienware m15
