Very dissapointing experience

Within few weeks i bought an Alienware m17 over 2,000 dollars. This was on blackfrida'ys deals. The very FRIST DAY i received on my country it presented serious problems.. IT STILL SMELLS AS NEW, but with more problems that my old HP laptop. 

1. Started blinking all of nowhere while i was using WORD. 

2. Booted it self. 

3. Ran support assitance and diagnostics (the deep one) and it says it was "ALL WORKING PROPERLY"

4. Ive noticed it over heats after this

5. Yesterday I started having even more problems: 

- Blue screen

- After blue screen it started booting with this msg: "checking media presence...no media present"

- This morning it started booting like this: "checking media presence...no media present" and START PXE over IPv4 on MAC: 00-4E-01-CO-F7-E9.

6. POOR tech support assistance.

I would like SOMEONE to assist me on returning this dissapointg product.
