I am still having this problem. The fx and fusion parts are not visible at all. How many times I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it didn't work.

I'm having trouble with the Alienware Command Center. it just looks bookcase and hash. It says there is continuous update but you have this program in the Store. FX and Fusion is not visible.

Have you installed all the components for the AW command center? It shouldn’t be a problem unless not all the drivers got installed.
