Support for Alienware m15 R6(5/18/2021) includes System-diagnostic lights power and battery status light: Amber = Computer is running on battery and the battery has less than 5% charge. If not being powered by the ac adapter (charger), the laptop will automatically shut down to prevent damage. Does the battery charge to fully charged (100%) ? Please create battery report.
