m17 R3, cannot install dual boot because of ACHI
Recently I am trying to figure out a way to install Ubuntu on my m17r3, but stuck at the step of changing SATA operations from RAID ON to ACHI. After I changed it in BIOS and restart, Win10 couldn't boot successfully (even I already set it boot in safe mode), and failed after some system testing.
No Events found!

Basically followed some existing solutions like Solved: Re: 17 R4, changing SATA Operation in BIOS from RAID to AHCI, Windows 10 - Dell Community but not helping.
