You have to follow my other solution and see where that leads you.
the boot hang on windows on my laptop was for 3 days and it kept saying restarting so I just held the power button until it turned off and then I turned it back on. I ended up having to reflash the bios after that as it kept saying SYSTEM MEMORY HAS CHANGED,
IF YOU DID NOT DO ANYTHING PLEASE RESEAT THE MEMORY.
