my Alienware M15 after change the main board

hello finaly my M15 back from service after replacing the mother board and still so hot I update all driver and update bios to V2.1.1 I have become sure that there is no hope to use top speed 3900Mz in my lap temperature always 100 c in when I using graphics programs like Aftereffect now I am using ThrottleStop to disable turbo and temperature now between 60 c and 75 c is there any way to turn turbo off from main bios v2.1.1 thanks

Just go to power options by rt clicking on the battery icon, change plan settings, change advanced power settings, and under processor power management, change the maximum processor state to 99. This will disallow turbo completely.

yes I know that it"s limit the clock to 2094 Mz but it did not active until the windows start I ask a way to do it from bios, really I don"t want to do it but heating too mush and the laptop just return from service after changing Main board and I am afraid that the tragedy will be repeated again
