Symptoms:

No keyboard device shown in AWCC FX Controls.

No ability to change keyboard RGB settings.

Power button, Alienware head on lid, and racetrack all work as expected.

Keyboard lit in default blue, both audio mute and windows lock key toggle to white when pressed.

Keyboard displays rainbow during boot.

Symptom Summary:

Keyboard appears to be working as expected. Controls appear to be missing from AWCC FX.

Troubleshooting:

Remove and Re-Install AWCC per instructions in below thread by @DELL-Jesse L 

No Change.
