DataDomain/Avamar capacity upgrade
I am working on a system upgrade to our existing DD2500 system. We will be adding an additional shelf of disk in order to expand capacity in an Avamar environment.
The cabling/addition of capacity (growth of filesystem) on the DD side seems fairly straightforward, but I can't seem to find a document that outlines the process to ensure that Avamar sees the newly configured capacity. Can someone walk me through the steps on the Avamar side of things?

There's no doc for this because there are no technical steps required on the Avamar side for a DD expansion. As long as you've taken care of licensing, you shouldn't have to do anything at all.
