Error Code 10007 Failed Backups.

2020-01-23 15:00:35 avexvss Error <18187>: Backup Agent is not running under the Avamar backup user account.  Enter the logon credentials. (Log #2)
2020-01-23 15:00:35 avexvss Error <13077>: Unable to complete backup. (Log #2)

 We get this failed backup from time to time on our Exchange server. It's listed as login credentials, but I think this is a bug because after these failed notifications, the backups goes through successfully. Is there a fix for this? Thank you.
