Prevent end users from restoring

Is there a way to remove or grey out the "restore" button on the avamar windows clients on the client side only? We back up a number of workstations using the avamar windows client but we only want avamar administrators to be able to initiate a restore, and only from the web or java interface. Allowing end users to restore has the potential to create more problems than it solves, and as administrators restore actions occur so rarely we don't mind helping end users restore their data when needed.

Is there a way to remove the restore button? If so how?
