AX4 drives disconnecting.
Twice today multiple drives on our AX-4 have become physically disconnected from the SAN. The pop out about a half inch and need to bee reseated.
I have two questions.
Has anyone else had this happen?
Can anyone this of a reason this would happen other then someone removed the drives? Or to put it another way can this have possibly happened without human interaction?

The drives weren't loose. The ones that popped the first time I reseated and they were snapped in tight. 5 drives popped the first time and 10 the second.
I am hoping to find some possible explanation other then a person sabotaging my equipment.

Are the disks loose in their slots some way ?
Generally, the disks get seated properly and requires human intervention for removal.
