Unable to Change CX4-120 Name after initalization
Hello
I have initialized a CX4-120 , but I am unable to use Navshpere Storage System initalization Wizard again to change it or find the option from http:\\ /setup
what to do ?
where is that name option ?
is there any command or way to change it ?

Hello....
there are 2 names on a clariion...one for the array and one for each SP.
To change the arrayname you right click on the array in the GUI and select properties.
There you will find a "name" field you can change.
To do this via naviseccli the command is naviseccli -h arrayname
If you want to rename an SP this can be done from the setup page.
If the array is the domain master then change the master to another array.
If the array is in a domain remove it
https:// /setup
Modify the host name (this is the name of the SP). (THIS WILL CAUSE THE SP TO REBOOT)
Do the same for the other SP if that also needs to be modified.
There is no way to change the SP name with naviseccli.

I dont know if I agree quite with what is being said about Naviseccli
With Rel 29 you can use naviseccli networkadmin -set -name mynewspname and it will change the SP name for you.
It will require a reboot of the SP
Out of curiousity what is the names at the moment? (Primus emc238282 may be relevant - support only primus however)
But if you print the names it may give us a clue?
