event notification
in EMC monitoring,
I’m basically sending alerts via an SMTP server address which I have specified and which is used by all other system servers.
All you configure is a basic template, SMTP address and the type of information you want to send.
It works fine but in my case, “Information” alerts are still being sent even though they have been deselected.
anyone have this issue?
anyone know how to fix?

Are those Basic Array Informational Features?
Are you using latest Call Home Template? (If not, you can get it from EMC Technical Support - Open a Live Chat and ask Support Person for it)
Is there any specific alerts you have set for which you are modifying the template? If no, I will recommend to Import latest EMC Call Home Template and Configure it with a default setting.
(Depending on the FLARE OS Version only informational alert you will get from that template will be Errors which have multiple Severity For Eg. Heart Beat)
