How can i copy data from FS to another FS at the same cellera?

Hello to All.

I have VNX 5300 UNI and i want to copy data from FS (1 TB size) to another FS(200 GB size).

I can't use IP replication because it will create the same size of FS.

I have heard about tool NDMPCOPY that can do that. How do I use it?
