I'd like to turn on sparseTws feature
Dear All,
I want to use Fully provisioned iSCSI LUN with virtually provisioned TWS, and turn on sparseTwm parameter.
Could you share any experience or impacts if I use this feature?

just turn on the param
the only impact is that if you dont have enough space in the file system a promote or write to a read-write snapshot can fail
Just take into consideration that this param is really *only* for the TWS part - it wont change anything for the space reservation for readonly snapshots.
and you do need a base readonly snapshot in order to promote it read-write - the TWS only stores the changes for that
