You could also use restore to copy this content if replication can be configured between the two.
Alternatively Informatio provides the services to copy the content host-based between the two systems in a more auditable way than using C2C.

You would move the pool with export poolprofilesetup and use import poolprofilesetup.
If I remember correctly you cannot import a pool from a Centera with any kind of Compliance Mode into a Basic Mode Centera. At least I had to switch to Governance Edition in one instance to get the import working.
