You must admit: that site isn't the most straight forward site where you can easily find whatever you need if you don't know your way around the site in the first place.
No, it is not always easy to find the software or documentation you want on their site.
After you logon with your CCO account, select Storage Networking Software from the Product Category box on the left, then scroll down and look for the Cisco MDS 9000 Fabric Manager link. Here is the shortcut: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/mds-fm

I searched the Cisco site as well, but could only find the bin files for the SAN-OS and NX-OS, not the FM files......
