34 Minute Customer Service Hold

I have had an order for toner cancelled once and now the re-order has been put on hold until financial services releases the hold?! When I call customer service I am given (866) 454-0985 to call. When I call I  have sat on hold with no answer 2 different times for over 30 minutes. I have left 2 message as well as an email. NO RESPONSE. Customer service says they are unable to help except by relaying a message to financial services to call me back. I am now on hold AGAIN with Customer service another 30 minutes...
