Alienware laptop return issue
New Alienware laptop arrived today with a severe battery issue. I spent 3 hours with technical support with no resolution but was told I would have to return it or exchange. Opted for a return however the site is telling me that returns aren't available to me even though I just received the laptop today. Does anyone know how to process a return if the site link at the order management dashboard isn't working?
