Bad experience with dell
I placed my order on July 13th, the status of my order never changed from "confirmed". Laptop was supposed to be shipped to me by August 1st. Today, July the 30th I called Dell to find out the status of my order has not been updated. They inform me that there as an invalid configuration and that my only option is to cancel. Can you believe this? not a call? not an email or any notification. I spent $2,000 on my built, I had so many other options from competitors. I gave them my hard earn money and this is the treatment I get in return. I am so disappointed and upset. After my experience, I cannot recommend Dell to anyone.

I pay for fast delivery and got RIP off
when I call costumer service it was hard to understand the English they speak.
this company Dell bad business for costumer.
