Call or Chat side pop-up really gets in the way

This is for Dell's website staff.

I am getting ready to order a new laptop within the next few days and have been exploring various alternatives. When viewing model information, there is a side popup inviting use of a call or chat to provide information.  Well and good. The problem is that the thing pops out about every two minutes, often covering up what I am trying to read. This is a really, really bad idea. It is super annoying and there seems to be no way to shut the  thing from doing that during the session so that I can just read in peace. Can you please, please, please fix that?
