Inspiron 5570, cannot create a recovery drive

I have bought a new Dell Inspiron 5570 and I tried to create recovery drive on my 16GB pen drive. But the process failed in between and message prompt showing =

"Cannot create a recovery drive. An error has occurred "

I also tried running sfc scannow but it also didn't help.
