Contact another user by Private Messaging

Sometimes a Dell Liaison or another user may wish to make contact by Private Messaging. Many times this is to safeguard a customers private information so that other users can not see it.

* Click the users avatar (picture)
* On the right under "Contact Me", click "Send this user a private message"

You can also click on the envelope icon next to your avatar. Then click the "New Message" button.

Then on the next page, type the name of the person (Dell-SreejithR) you wish to send to, the subject, and the message.

When you are finished composing your message, click the "Send Message" button to send it.
