Dear Lorna. Could you solve my order problem?

How are you doing?

I read your articles on dell community. I think you are the right person to solve my problem. In these days I got trouble online order for Inspiron 17” 7000 (7773) 2-in-1. Last month I already bought same model on dell.com (Order date Feb. 21, 2018 ) It was working well, so I made decision buy more 7773s for my home and office with lower price on dell outlet. But during last few weeks, every order was canceled on dell.com and dell outlet.

Actually I can't say well in English, but last week I tried around one and half hours include - dell verification team. They told me 'No problem' but today I got message on chat like as below.

Agent (Vandesh_N): "Based on the information provided, Dell has decided not to go ahead with this order, even if you try to place the orders online they may be put on hold or get canceled."

Please let me know the way. I will wait your reply. Thank you.
