Dell Chat, Service Tag, McAfee Security Center, 15 month

This is Hari. I purchased Dell Inspiron 15R which has 15 months McAfee subscription included with the package. But when I created a new McAfee account and launched McAfee in my laptop it provides me 1 month validity. I tried to contact technical support through chat but Dell is not detecting my Service Tag to proceed further. Is there any solution for this?

My McAfee subscription is now extended to 15 months by McAfee with the support and help of Dell.

May I know your actual name... Where is your physical location?

Don't DELL have any ticketing system to raise issues and to track it with the id's?

You're welcome, Hari.

As far as I know, Dell can track systems. Perhaps now that you have been in contact with them, they will be able to access your records more easily.

I am in the USA.
