Dell Support Chat

At 8:45 PM EST I tried to get on support chat. I get the following message.

The chat queue is currently closed. Please try again later or select one of the alternative support solutions below.

The chat queue that you are attempting to access has normal hours of operation of Monday - Friday 10AM - 10PM CST

I am not able to call It is easier for me to chat because it is hard to understand them and when I call they cannot understand me either.

This will advise I forwarded your concerns to our Support Chat Queue Manager. I am awaiting a reply for information regarding the queues availability during your visit. I’ll contact you when I have more information to share.
