Dell offer delay

I purchased a laptop (inspron 15) from dell.com which comes with Alienware headset offer. It has been 2 months now and yet you are saying that the goodies are out of stock. You made me pay the amount on time even if the goods were out of stock. And every time I contact the customer service they say that it will get dispatched within a week from the past month. Please respond with a proper date on when the goodies get dispatched  and don't make false promises. don't irritating answer
