Egift Promotion not received

I purchased a Samsung 51" TV with a $125 egift promotion to be delivered within 20 days along with the Dell Advantage egift promotion. I have received the Dell Advantage egift promotion but not the Samsung TV egift promotion. I have spoken to CSRs and Dell's unresolved incidents department without result. Any help would be appreciated.
