Getting run around from Dell Tech Support- Inspiron 15 7000 latency issue

I do not have anymore time to deal with Dell Support. I contacted them in May with issues concerning the battery and the memory issue not allowing me to use Adobe Light-room CC. I have done 2 remote sessions with Adobe who stated that the specs on the laptop meet the requirements and it is not Light-room.  In fact before I purchased the Inspiron I had Adobe and Dell compare system requirements.

16GB and the processor should run Light-room with no latency issues. It takes me an hour to edit a photo. Dell Support has done 3 remote sessions and made changes that have not helped . The last one made it worse.

Their last Dell Support email told me to contact Adobe. It was the email that prompted me to file a complaint.

My reply to the above :

"It is obvious that DELL is NOT looking at my case and the interventions we have attempted. Adobe has been involved since I purchased the laptop. I said many times that an Adobe tech has done 2 remote sessions and both times suggested I contact DELL.

Why are you not addressing my questions?

Hardware issue? Battery issue?

I may be inclined to voice my dissatisfaction  with DELL on social media warn others of the bot replies and run around avoiding my concerns in possible hardware issues.

I am also considering writing a formal complaint with DELL Social Media Support and DELL Corporate.
All emails will be forwarded.

This is not acceptable."

I would like to forward all my communications to the correct department and file a complaint concerning the Dell Support. All names and ID's are available.
