How do i contact Corporate offices in Texas?
I have never experienced the type of customer service as I have in the past 3 weeks. And I'm Indian.
This company has no level of accountability or regard for what constitutes customer service.
I have been yelled at, ignored and discarded. I want to know how the Technical Support group is held accountability for their actions and results. How do I get the contact information for this.
To be clear, I want to contact whoever has ownership of their Technical Support arm and holds them accountable for their results.
