I waited for two months without getting my dfs number

I waited for two months without getting my dfs number，andi called Customer service about 6 time ,they always tell me： Your physical address cannot be use and  We will email you but need to be reviewed.    come on！ is about 2 mouth it has been two months since I applied for success .  But I still can't create my account .it's so terrible. can i have other way to get the dfs number?
