Impossible to cancel an order : cancellation unsucessful
Hello,
I have ordered an XPS 13 and two days after, I received an e-mail telling that the order will be delayed (by 3 days).
I tried to cancel the order and the status was « Cancellation unsucessful ».
Two days later, I check the status and it is « Shipped ».
I have never seen such a service client, what is this kind of scam ?

Saaay, maybe that would be one way to get my order delivery accelerated!
With my luck they'd take me up on it.
I'm still keeping my options open, though.
