More one week and no refund yet

Hi,

I ordered a M15 Alienware the oldest version by mistake. Ask for a refund last week cause i want to buy the new M15 after one call to confirm my refund with Shravya Clara Case #

from T [ ref:_00D0bGaMp._5002R17X3qR:ref ]. She told me on the email: 

My name is Shravya Clara, case specialist and I will be monitoring the cancellation request on the order.

We see that the order is now cancelled for the Alienware M15.

The authorization on your PayPal account for $2069.54 will be removed in 3-5 business days.

My refund will be there 2020 March 20 and nothing yet. I need my new laptop soon cause the COVID 19 i work at home. I m an editor so i need the good machine for my work. If somebody can help me please. You can find my canceled order here: Order #
