Order Question

What can cause an order to be cancelled if there are no verification issues as identified by the Verification Team? For example, why would an order be cancelled even if the charge was processed through the bank/credit card company?

Can Dell cancel someone's order for any reason and if so, should you receive an email notification of that? I recently had an order that was cancelled by Dell but was not notified by email.
