Order not found

Hello,

Yesterday i placed an order through dellrefurbished.com and was charged twice. I received two emails with order numbers. One needs to be cancelled, but nobody can help with my order! I called and got transferred to so many different department's and everyone tells me my order number is not pulling up the correct items nor can they find any info with my name, phone number, address, or credit card number.

It's very frustrating that nobody was able to help me with my orders. Dell was quick to take my money, but now there's nothing anybody can do to track my order and provide me with a refund.

Hello! So it appears that the dellrefurbished.com doesn't actually have a number to get a hold of them, but a web form on their website where you can fill in the information and let them know whats going on. Dell.com and their support staff probably do not have access to that information as its a separate entity from what I can see.
