Ordering Process HELP

Okay so I ordered and applied for DFS with my purchase. I was emailed shortly after saying "your order is X amount dollars. However your have been approved with a credit limit of $4000. Please select a system or make a purchase that does not exceed this limit and re submit your order."

I have done that. Even emailed the person back stating I made a new order that was within the credit limit I was approved for. I even got the email outlining my order and the confirmation of submission when I did it. Under my account though, it shows there are 0 orders pending of any kind. The person who emailed me is no longer responding. 

Is this normal? Does it take days before it shows up and I get another email saying they are in the process of doing my order or what? Any feedback would be helpful. As I don't want to re submit an order, yet again, having them recheck my credit and having another check done just to order this.
