Received wrong item....

So i had ordered an alienware alpha with an i5. after a year of issues and not being able to figure out why i couldn't run the same thing as a friend with the same pc. they checked my processor and it turns out its an i3 even though i paid for an i5. worse yet my order no longer exists on my profile. i was technically robbed in this situation. how can i get this remedied?
