Service tag not recognised by Dell website
My service tag is no longer recognized on the dell website. It worked fine up until the end of 2019. I also notice that the service tags of some of my older laptops are no longer recognized as well.
Has Dell changed their policy on retaining service tags for items out of warranty or is it a problem with their service tag database?

I also have the same concern.
I am trying to retrieve the OE system configuration on several older Dell computers that we are looking to sell and/or recycle. Any information on how to lookup old "7-digit" Dell service tags would be helpful.
