Syncreon - lost a £55k laptop order absolute joke

Dear Dell

When are you going to address issues surrounding delivery and your delivery partner Syncreon?

I have had the grand total of two laptops delivered on the scheduled date out of an order of 145, despite chasing via my account team no one has been able to give me further information as to their whereabouts.

There appears to be absolutely no accountability on the part of Syncreon an earlier order back in the summer of 200 laptops was missing 5 which you subsequently replaced several weeks later.

Honestly Syncreon are a joke - not impressed!
