Waiting on E-gift card
I was told that I received a $125 e-gift card after my tv purchase and would get it within 10-20 days. It's well over that time frame. Is this a scam?

No, not a scam. I think it is 10 to 20 business days. Call 1-800-727-6000. Provide to them your Dell order number and explain that you have not received the card. You can also call Order Support 1-800-624-9897. Provide the same data to them. Be sure to check your email spam folder for the Dell Gift Card email. The email would look like this =
