XPS 15 9510, eBay warranty issue, faulty USB port

Hello,

Initially my issue is to do with my USB port disconnecting every time I open and close the lid and then after a while it completely disconnects. Done literally every solution from a technical standpoint. I then check support and noticed there’s an issue with my warranty. I’m not sure what to do because the laptop is brand new sealed from eBay.

Status update, Dell team appears to have helped with the warranty status.

You need to contact your seller.  Probably the best course of action likely to produce the least number of issues:  return the system to the seller for a refund.
