XPS12 Pre-production

Hi,

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago for an XPS12, the order is still in pre-production and I am unable to get an update on the order.  When I try to raise a support ticket or check on-line invoices I get an error message saying my order number is not recognised.

I have received an invoice to my email when I placed the order and can view the order on the order status page so I know its in the system just worried it might of got stuck.

Hi Martin,

I am following up with you on behalf of Frances as she is having issues with her Dell Community user ID.

As per the UPS tracking information we find your system order was delivered on Tuesday,  04/02/2013 at 11:05.

Could you confirm the same?
