(redirected) Inspiron 15R SE 7520, USB Driver Issue

I attached a USB controller to my laptop for which i got an error "Windows has stopped this device" it stated me with error code 43. For which i go to my laptop's device manager and tried to update my USB drivers, but unfortunately a driver when was updated got removed from the list. It was "USB 3.0 extensible host controller". And then my laptop's USB ports stopped functioning. I tried to disable and enable other USB drivers, uninstall other USB drivers and also tried to install USB 3.0 extensible host controller but it gave me an error that my system didn't meet minimum system requirement to install the software. now none of my USB port is functioning, please help me solve this problem. i cant live without these ports when whole of my work are related to them whether its mouse, keyboard, pen drives etc etc.
